Booking sessions & treatment packages
When booking a session with Reflexology Space London, a £10 non-refundable deposit will be requested to secure your booking.
Full payment is required on booking for all Reflexology Space London treatment packages.
A confirmation message will be sent, with full details of your booking
with Reflexology Space London once payment has been received.
On making payment you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of Reflexology
Space London’s booking, cancellation and lateness policy.
A reminder of your booking with Reflexology Space London will be sent a minimum of 24hours in advance of your booked session.
Please note:
- Packages of 4 treatments are valid for 3 months from the date of first treatment.
- Packages of 6 treatments are valid for 4 months from the date of first treatment.
- Any treatments not booked within the stated timeframes will be forfeited.

Cancellation and Lateness
Whilst we understand, and empathise with life’s emergencies, Reflexology Space London requires 24hours notice if you are unable to attend a booked session.
Any sessions cancelled with less than 24hours notice will require full payment. If the session forms part of a treatment package, this session will be forfeited.
Should you wish to reschedule a booked session, 24hours notice is required in order to rearrange for a mutually agreeable time at no additional cost (This applies to all bookings)
If you feel unwell or are experiencing difficulties with your health or
wellbeing and are concerned about a booked session, please contact me for a
friendly chat and further advice, a minimum of 24hours in advance, otherwise
cancellation fees will apply.
If you arrive late
for a booked session, Reflexology Space London will endeavour to honour your
full session if time permits, however, in some instances this may not be
possible and session length may be adjusted as necessary. In this instance you
will still be required to pay the full session fee.
