Having graduated University in 1997 with an Honours degree in Psychology, and whilst pondering her future, Tracy found herself employed by a local paediatric ward, in a position that she unexpectedly loved. It wasn’t long before Tracy returned to student life, this time to study as a paediatric nurse at Kings College London.
In a career spanning over 20 years, Tracy feels blessed to have worked with children and their families across a variety of specialities and locations including large London based teaching hospitals, charitable organisations, and internationally in India and Nepal, having independently undertaken two extended periods overseas as a volunteer offering humanitarian aid.
A passion for all things alternative was sparked early in Tracy’s childhood, with her interest in the benefits of living a holistic lifestyle intensifying during an incredibly challenging period of illness in 2005. Tracy took a year out, unknowingly embarking on an altogether different journey. A journey of healing and self-discovery, investing time usually spent caring for others, focusing on her own health, visiting healers, therapists and wellbeing specialists, deepening knowledge and developing the passion that had been smouldering deep within … the flame was lit …
With first-hand experience of the impact of all things natural on her own health and wellbeing, a radical reassessment of life was needed. Tracy quickly changed direction, specialising in paediatric complex and palliative care, whilst simultaneously retraining in order to achieve her new-found ambitions.
In 2019, inspired by mental health issues and the desire to nurture a lifelong passion, Tracy chose to move away from a full-time career to focus her energies into the development of her new venture, and a dream that has long manifested into being … Reflexology Space London … a calm and tranquil space designed to support health and wellbeing.
