At Reflexology Space London, we are committed to providing the highest standards of professional care, compassion, and client service. Your wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do.

Reflexology Space London is fully insured and is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), is a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), and is licensed by Essex County Council to provide special treatments. These professional standards underpin our commitment to delivering safe, ethical, and high-quality care.

We value your feedback and welcome the opportunity to address any concerns you may have. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment or the service you have received, please let us know as soon as possible. We will listen to your concerns, investigate them fairly, and do everything we can to resolve the matter promptly, respectfully, and confidentially.

Stage One: Raising Your Concern

Your complaint will be acknowledged within five working days of receipt.

We will investigate your concerns carefully and aim to provide a full written response within 20 working days. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this timescale, we will keep you informed of our progress and advise you of when you can expect a response.

Where appropriate, we may invite you to discuss your concerns in person or by telephone to help reach a mutually satisfactory resolution.

All complaints are handled confidentially and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Stage Two: Independent Complaints

If you remain dissatisfied following the outcome of our internal complaints’ procedure, you may wish to refer your complaint to the relevant professional or regulatory body.

Association of Reflexologists (AoR)

As a member of the Association of Reflexologists, Reflexology Space London adheres to the AoR Code of Practise and Ethics. If you feel your complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily, you may refer it to the AoR through their independent complaint’s procedure.

Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)

Reflexology Space London is registered with the CNHC and is required to meet the standards set out in the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics. If your concern relates to professional conduct, you may also contact the CNHC for further guidance.

Essex County Council: Special Treatments Licensing

Reflexology Space London operates under a Special Treatments Licence issued by Essex County Council. If your complaint relates to licencing standards or compliance with the conditions of the licence, you may also like to contact Essex County Council’s licencing team.
