Distant Reiki Healing
Distance Reiki is a technique within the system of Reiki that enables you to give or receive a healing session beyond the limitations of time and space. It expands the practitioner’s ability to transmit spiritual energy beyond physical touch.
Ultimately it is a way to offer and receive reiki without being present in the same room. Distant Reiki offers intensely powerful heart centred healing to promote optimum physical, spiritual and emotional health.
What a treatment involves
Before your session begins, you will be invited to connect with your Reiki practitioner via zoom, telephone or email for a pre healing check in (all healing is completed offline).
You will then be invited to lie back and relax at your chosen time, with soothing music and snuggly blankets in the comfort of your own home.
Enter your session with an open heart and mind to set the intention to receive healing for your highest good.
The distant reiki symbol connects and holds yourself and your practitioner in a sacred healing space, creating an intensely healing atmosphere, a time to reconnect within that deep inner space of gratitude, love and wisdom, whilst absorbing the wonders of reiki through the many dimensions of your being.
The cares of the day will melt away as you are drawn deeper and deeper into the blissful and rejuvenating experience for complete alignment of mind, body and soul.
When your session is complete, your practitioner will disconnect energetically and finish with a wonderful sage smudging of the healing space to release negative energies. You will be allowed a short period to gently recover, before receiving a post healing check in with your practitioner … a space to share experiences from the healing session.

Hand Reflexology 1:1 (Virtual)
Hand reflexology, although not as well-known as traditional foot reflexology, is a complex but powerful healing therapy, & offers a wonderfully nurturing way to reconnect with oneself through the power of touch.
These bespoke, remote hand reflexology sessions are designed to provide supportive self-applied techniques, that can be used daily from the comfort of your own home.
*individual techniques are not a substitute for a full reflexology treatment.
What a treatment involves
Before your session, you will be invited to connect with your reflexologist via zoom, telephone or email for a pre session consultation in order to tailor the treatment bespoke to your own individual need.
On the day, grab some cream and connect using the zoom link supplied. Then sit back, relax and enjoy the wonder that is reflexology … as your bespoke treatment is demonstrated step by step enabling you to follow along easily at home.
When your session is complete, a few minutes will be taken to discuss your treatment and recommendations may be suggested.
Hand reflexology is a powerful healing therapy, and when practised on oneself regularly can help to encourage balance, harmony and offers a moment of calm in the chaos too.
