Delivery
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are ready to dispatch within 1-2 business days.
Orders for delivery within the UK will be dispatched via Royal Mail Signed For. Cost to deliver £4.10 (second class).
For International deliveries and deliveries outside of Mainland UK including Guernsey, Jersey and Ireland please use the contact form for a quote.
Any items returned to Reflexology Space London via Royal Mail due to incorrect entry of delivery details at the point of order, or due to non-collection from a PO distribution centre will be refunded (an extra postage fee will be required to resend the order).
Amendments & Cancellations
We apologise, but once an order has been placed online, it is no longer possible to amend that order via our website.
If an order has not been dispatched, it may be possible to amend delivery address details, remove items from an order or cancel it completely.

If an order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel your order completely, you will need to return the item/s in the original condition, using the returns procedure below.
Exchanges & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or services, please let us know and we will endeavour to rectify the situation.
If your item/s do not arrive in the condition you would expect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, via email at info@reflexologyspacelondon.co.uk with your name, address, contact details, proof of purchase and the reason for exchange and we would be happy to offer a replacement (upon receipt of returned faulty or damaged item/s).
If you would like to return your items for a refund please contact us within 14 days of delivery, via email at info@reflexologyspacelondon.co.uk with your name, address, contact details, proof of purchase and reason for requesting the return and we would be happy to help.
Please note we are only able to accept Items for return as sold, unused and in the original condition and packaging.
Returned items in all instances must be dispatched within 28 days of delivery (Reflexology Space London is not responsible for return postage costs).
Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receipt of returned items and will be issued to the original payment method. In the absence of proof of purchase, a gift voucher will be issued for the value of the purchase (excluding postage).
Missing & Incomplete Orders
If an order is incomplete, later than expected or has not arrived at all, please contact us via email at info@reflexologyspacelondon.co.uk.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Items are photographed and described as accurately as possible, however, please note that candle vessel colour and design may vary.
