Circles offer a safe and sacred space to quiet the noise of daily life, let the mask slip off, and journey inward to rediscover your authentic self.

They are a space to gather, to land softly, and to be embraced in a supportive community without judgement as you connect in meditation, sharing circle, sacred drumming and song. Women’s circles are held monthly at a beautiful studio in Essex, with impromptu community circles for all, at a secluded woodland location during the summer months.
